Expeditions

We are currently focused on Antartica 2009/10. THis is the final leg in our epic journey to climb the highest peak on all seven continents. Due to the severity of the conditions anticipated on the ice we are also running an expedition to Patagonina for younger Scouts who wish to gain big mountain experience but climbing in a less harsh enviroment. 

 

Previous expeditions have headed to Argentina, Russia, Alaska, New Zealand, Kenya Nepal and Tibet to tackle the highest peaks in Europe, South America, North America, Oceania, Africa and Asia. All expeditions have written up logs and contributed photos that can be viewed on this website.

 

Although Everest may have presented the greatest technical and physiological challenge the one summit remaing in our schedule will provide us with equally difficult challenges to overcome. Mt Vinson in Antartica will present the greatest logistical challenge in accessing this incredibly remote and hostile environment.
