Callum Smith

At the age of 46 I am currently Asst Area Commissioner (Explorer Scouts) for Inverness Area, Explorer Scout Leader with the Phoenix Explorer Scout Unit and Regional Commissioner (Designate) for the Highlands and Islands .

Originally from Edinburgh I was a team member of a group of Edinburgh Venture Scouts which went to Sri Lanka to undertake a clean water and health project and am a former Leader with the Edinburgh Handicapped Scouts which visited British Columbia, Canada.

Since my youth I have held and ambition to see Everest but with a disability never thought it possible until, that was, I met Kevin Lloyd and Kev Mitchell who persuaded me this personal adventure was possible.
